答： 由於have to 與一般的助動詞在文法特點上並不完全相同, 所以文法學家們把它劃為半助動詞。它與副詞的相對位置, 就是與一般助動詞的區別之一。副詞(often, frequently, usually, apparently 等) 應當擱在have to 之前。例如:

1. We apparently have to go.
   很顯然我們必須去。
2. People travelling long distances frequently have to decide whether they would prefer to go by land, sea, or air.
   人們作長途旅行時, 往往不得不決定究竟取道陸路、海洋還是航空。
