'Every day' is two words on most occasions it is used: i.e. as an adverbial, telling when something happens.

'Everyday' is one word only when it is an adjective, which is less common. E.g. He didn't wear anything special, just everyday clothes.

When followed by 'of + noun / pronoun', 'every one' must be two words.

Otherwise, as a pronoun, 'everyone' is one word. E.g. Everyone in the team won a prize.

'Every time' is two words, never one.

When several specific things are meant, two words should be used: 'some things'.

'Something' as one word is indefinite and cannot be plural. E.g. There's something I want to tell you.
